Our services can be available to you on either a Retained or Contingency basis. A Retained Search provides your organization the highest priority in the use of our services & a specific, highly tailored approach to target, motivate & select the best candidates. Should you want to retain our resources to maximize the effectiveness of your recruiting efforts, our fee would be 30% of first year's compensation. A brochure detailing our search approach, credentials, business articles about our company, search agreement, etc. can be sent to you by overnight mail.

Our Contingency fee is 30% of the first years base salary & is due on the start date. If full payment is received within 20 calendar days, we offer a full, money back guarantee should this new employee leave for any reason during the first 30 days.

We assure you that all the information you provide of a confidential nature will be utilized solely as part of the recruiting process & will be shared only within our company. Likewise, all candidate information is only for your use in the selection process & will only be divulged to those involved with current evaluation & hiring process. Should your company hire a candidate referred by us within one (1) year of our original referral, Altco, Inc. will be paid its normal placement fee.

Operational Effectiveness Evaluations of a department or service are confidentially & objectively performed to give you a quick assessment. An action oriented report details the need for specific personnel , process, organization, training, & other high impact improvements.
